EHF’s Collaborating for Healthy Communities Initiative Peer Learning Network aims to strengthen existing, health-focused coalitions and collaborative efforts by improving their effectiveness, leadership, and sustained ability to take action to improve health. This fall we will launch our 2nd Year Cohort.
We invite existing coalitions to learn more by joining us on November 30th for a virtual launch event.
At the launch event you will:
- Learn about the benefits of EHF’s Peer Learning Network for collaboratives seeking to strengthen their shared purpose, leadership, and gain tools for taking strategic action.
- Hear from members of the first-year cohort about what they gained by participating in 9 months of training and how they applied their learning as a collaborative.
- Learn about the tools and resources available through the Peer Learning Network and how to apply.
- Connect and engage with other health-focused collaborative leaders in our region.
Applications for the 2nd year of the Peer Learning Network peer will open following the launch event. Join us to learn whether this opportunity could benefit your collaborative and how to apply.
